From little acorns to mighty oaks

We’re pleased to share that Wreyland Rural Planning Consultants has moved!
After two wonderful years at Elkstone Studios co-working space, we have now grown sufficiently to take on dedicated offices at Guiting Power, perfectly positioned between Cheltenham and Stow-on-the-Wold.

This move marks an exciting stage in our growth. It allows us to support the continued expansion of our rural and heritage planning services while also introducing compulsory purchase and compensation as a new specialist service line.

Wreyland was founded in 2020 Tim Barker, following several years of experience in rural planning. Jonathan Scott-Smith joined the business last autumn, which led to a restructure and the formation of our LLP.

Since then, we’ve been busy developing the business further — launching our updated website, expanding our services, and integrating building design more closely into our offering.

Our architectural technician Charles Board brings extensive experience in building design and conversions, and plays an increasingly important role in delivering projects for our clients.

If you’d like to visit us at our new offices or discuss how we might be able to help with a project, please feel free to get in touch.
