Equestrian development in the National Landscape

The development centres on Equine Facilitated Learning, Therapeutic Horsemanship and Relational Horsemanship, providing vital support for children and adults dealing with anxiety, autism, trauma and other complex needs.

This was a really challenging application in the Cotswolds National Landscape, requiring us to navigate highways, landscape, ecology, BHS standards, and the principle of essential need under Policy CP15 of Stroud's Local Plan...

I am most grateful to Nick Gardiner Clark of Stroud District Council for working with us to navigate the lunatic shoals of Biodiversity Net Gain as it continues to severely prejudice (to the point where it could be considered malicious) rural economic development.
