Full membership of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants

I was notified this morning of my elevation to full membership of the BIAC (The British Institute of Agricultural Consultants) following a very pleasant interview last week.

I was introduced to BIAC by Adrian Cannon many years ago. Its annual Rural Planning Conference is crucial for anyone working as a rural planning consultant.

Genuinely rather emotional – it’s the end of a journey in some respect. The photo below is from that hilarious time I took the future Mrs Barker all the way to New Zealand to look at the backs of some dairy cows all those years ago…
