A little oasis of loveliness

Last summer I had the pleasure of visiting this charming little oasis of loveliness somewhere in the midlands…

I rather liked it – for some reason it reminded me of visiting my Grandparents on the South Devon coast in the early 90s. (Incidentally, if you want to know what South Devon was like in the early 90s, go there now…).

Anyway, a charming curtilage listed property for which we have just achieved change of use and associated operational development for an outbuilding to provide ancillary accommodation to provide sitting room, dining room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom.
